She has held positions in a variety of industries ranging from K-12 education\, labor unions\, advertising\, construction management\, and non-profit management. Taking her collective skills of financial management and business compliance\, she became a certified tax professional and enrolled agent in 2018 with the goal of educating others on how to improve their tax position to see their businesses grow. Through the word of mouth of trusted clients\, she has become a trusted resource for many small business owners and taxpayers. Nichele holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain & Management Operations.
