Bellevue Commercial Rental Relief Grants

Bellevue’s City Council authorized $500,000 for this program, which provides a limited number of $2,500 to $15,000 rental relief grants to small, Bellevue businesses and nonprofit arts organizations. Funds may be used as payment to cover back rent. Learn more and apply.

Kirkland COVID-19 Commercial Rent Relief Program

The Kirkland COVID-19 Commercial Rent Relief Program allocates $250,000 in initial funding from the Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) received by the City of Kirkland. The Program is designed to provide a limited number of $1,000-$10,000 grants to businesses and landlords meeting the criteria.  www.kirklandwa.gov/business-help

The Comcast Rise Investment Fund

The Comcast RISE Investment Fund provides monetary grants to help small businesses owned by people of color (POC) grow as they navigate the challenges of the pandemic. Comcast is providing 600 grants totaling $6 million to small businesses in select geographies, including King and Pierce counties. Each business will receive a $10,000 monetary grant. The Investment Fund is the latest extension of Comcast RISE (Representation, Investment, Strength, and Empowerment), the multi-year, multi-faceted initiative launched in 2020 to provide POC-owned, small businesses the opportunity to apply for marketing and technology services from Comcast Business and Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable.
