How can we determine the self-awareness of an entrepreneur and their underlying drive to succeed i.e., their motivation? Are they truly in love with the problem or really just fascinated with technology? These two questions have always been a factor for me in both coaching CEO’s of technology companies and assessing angel investment opportunities. Our discussion will be an overview of how to assess the EQ of the early-stage entrepreneur and help them see opportunities to improve their leadership and the success of the firm.
