Last year, over 1,600 participating nonprofits across Washington state were able to raise over $17.5 million, including $5.5 million in matching funds through GiveBIG. This year, we want to double down as a community to support our Eastside nonprofits and connect them with the financial support they need.

This program will help orient nonprofits to the Washington Gives platform and GiveBIG. Future workshops hosted by GiveBIG will provide a deeper dive on strategies and concepts such as matching; peer-to-peer fundraising, and donor follow-up.
About GiveBIG and GiveBIG Eastside
With the growing popularity of online giving, the Washington Gives platform allows nonprofit organizations to raise funds and grow their digital presence year-round. The statewide GiveBIG fundraising campaign effectively reaches large numbers of individual donors, well beyond what one organization can do on its own. GiveBIG 2022 will kick off on April 19 and culminate in a 48-hour giving event on May 3-4.
GiveBIG Eastside is a regional campaign aimed at supporting our East King County nonprofits. GiveBIG Eastside works to raise awareness of our nonprofits across the eastside’s 23 cities and towns, amplifying their campaigns as they access the Washington Gives platform.
