In partnership with the City of Seattle Office of Economic Development, we present this Commercial Lease Toolkit for small businesses to use to navigate how to enter a commercial lease as a tenant. This toolkit is designed to provide key, easy-to-understand information about common terms or sections of a typical commercial lease.
