Four Step: Strategic Marketing Approach – Part 1

Description:
Hitting the Bull’s Eye: A Four-Step Approach to Strategic Marketing that Increases your Biz Profits

Hitting the Bull’s Eye is a simple but powerful 4-step approach to strategic marketing developed by Debrena Jackson Gandy. In this two part webinar, Debrena will share the elements of her 4-Step Strategic Marketing Process, how to align these four areas in your business, and how they result in growth in sales and increased profits.

In Part 1, Debrena will share Elements 1 and 2, and Part 2 will share Elements 3 and 4, that together, when ALIGNED, set you up to hit the “Increased PROFIT” bull’s eye in your business. She has used this approach in her 25-year company, Masterminds, to consistently create double-digit growth year after year (the exception: 2008, during the Great Recession).

This Part 1 session (February 18) will address the first two elements of Debrena’s 4-step Process to Hitting the Bull’s Eye: Being CRYSTAL CLEAR on Core Business Identity, and Identifying your “Best Fit Customer/Client.” It will also address common mistakes business owners make that keep them at a sales plateau or “in the struggle.”

This Part 2 session (March 4) will address the second two elements of Debrena’s 4-Step Hitting the Bull’s Eye Process: Locating your Beset Fit Customer/Client (BFC) in the “real” world and in the virtual, online world; and Strategic Connection – how to communicate and connect with your BFC. As a result of participating in both of these Talks, you will be ready to create a clear Strategic Marketing Plan for your business.

Debrena Jackson Gandy is a national best-selling author, Business owner of 25 years, Master Life Coach, Business Coach to Entrepreneurs, and Marketing Strategist. In her 25 years as a business owner, and in her work with various types of business coaching clients, both public and private sector, profit and non-profit, she’s found that her approach transcends industry, size of the business, and type of business, and also applies whether you are a large, small or micro-preneur business.
